We are thrilled to announce that, as part of our 10th birthday celebrations, we have developed a partnership with the World Literacy Foundation – Sun Books to support development of literacy skills in disadvantaged communities in Nigeria through the use of technology.

These communities are often under-resourced and teachers face overwhelming challenges, such as crowded classrooms and not enough staff to deliver quality education.

Learning Village is joining forces with the Sun Books programme to offer innovative tools and resources to teachers to help them improve their learners’ literacy and enhance their access to education.

These are exciting times for us and we are looking forward to making a difference to the lives of these people. Watch this space for regular updates on this collaborative project.
